Shipping Policy

 

At Fuzion Couture, we ensure safe, timely, and reliable delivery of our products across India and worldwide. Please read the following guidelines carefully.

 

1. Delivery Commitment

·        We deliver to all cities in India and to most international locations.

·        Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners like **DTDC, FedEx, Blue Dart, Delhivery**, etc.

·        Domestic orders are generally delivered **within 4–6 business days** after dispatch.

·        All products are **double-packed** in waterproof and corrugated boxes to ensure safe delivery.

2. Address & Reshipment

·        Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address with PIN/ZIP code.

·        Fuzion Couture is **not responsible** for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.

·        If an order needs to be reshipped due to such errors, the customer will bear re-shipping charges and any related penalties.

·        Courier agencies do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

3. Special Delivery Conditions

·        Gift deliveries to colleges, hostels, or schools are at the **customer’s risk**. If the package is refused, no refund or reshipment will be issued.

·        If you need delivery on a **specific date**, please mention it in the gift message box at checkout.

·        Generally, deliveries are not made on **Saturdays and Sundays**; exceptions may be made at our discretion.

·        If a size issue occurs due to customer error or personal preference, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

4. Shipping Charges & Options

·        Shipping charges vary by courier agency.

·        Customers may request alternate shipping options or special shipping quotes for bulk orders by emailing **[care.fuzioncouture@gmail.com]**.

·        Multiple items in a single order may arrive separately, depending on product availability and location.

5. Transit Risk & Insurance

·        All orders are fully insured at no extra cost while in transit.

·        If a shipment is lost in transit, we will reprocess the order.

·        Once a package is marked “delivered” by the courier, Fuzion Couture is **not liable** for any loss or damage.

6. Tracking Your Order

·        Once dispatched, customers will receive shipment details by email, including courier tracking number and expected delivery date.

·        Tracking information may take up to **24 business hours** to become active on the courier’s website.

7. Change of Address

·        Shipping address changes can be made **within 24 hours** of placing the order by emailing **[care.fuzioncouture@gmail.com] **.

8. Ready-to-Ship Orders

·        Items in the **Ready to Ship** section are processed quickly and delivered within **4–6 business days**.

9. Delays & Stock Availability

·        Shipment timelines listed on the website are **indicative only**.

·        Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control; in such cases, refunds or exchanges will not be offered.

·        If an item is out of stock or unusually delayed, we will notify you by email.

·        We may ship orders in separate parts or offer store credit/refunds for unfulfilled items.

10. International Orders

·        Custom duties and taxes for international shipments are as per the importing country’s regulations and are **borne by the customer**.

·        All disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
