RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

 

At Fuzion Couture, your satisfaction is our priority. We’ve crafted our Returns & Exchange Policy to be clear, fair, and customer-friendly. Please read the guidelines below before initiating a return or exchange.

1. Return Intimation

To request a return, contact our Customer Support within **7 days of delivery**.

When emailing, please include:

·        Order Number

·        Courier Docket / AWB Number

·        Reason for Return

Support is available **Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM**.

2. Return Process

·        Returns must be initiated **within 7 days of delivery**.

·        If eligible, a **credit note** will be issued (valid for **90 days**).

·        **Refunds** are applicable **only** for manufacturing defects or if an incorrect size (different from what was ordered) is delivered.

·        Shipping/COD charges are **non-refundable**.

·        If the return is sent by the brand (pickup service), ₹200 will be charged to the customer.

·        Customers can also send the parcel themselves. We recommend using **traceable shipping**.

3. Return Packaging Requirements

Returned products **must be**:

·        Unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged

·        In original packaging with all labels and tags intact

·        Packed securely to prevent damage in transit

📹 ** Important: ** Record a short video while packing your return and take a signed acknowledgment from the courier with their name, signature, and mobile number. Fuzion Couture is not responsible for lost shipments without proof.

4. Exchange Policy

·        Exchanges are available within **7 days of delivery**.

·        Only **size exchanges** are permitted (larger or smaller).

·        If your desired size is out of stock, a **credit note** will be issued (valid for **90 days**).

·        Exchange is allowed **once per order**.

·        The cost of **to-and-fro shipping** is borne by the customer.

·        **Exchange Conditions:**

o  Items must meet the same unused/undamaged criteria as returns.

o  Store credit equals the product amount **minus** shipping/COD costs.

o  Please write your **name, address, contact number, email, order ID, and desired size** on the parcel.

5. Special Conditions

·        **Sale items** are **neither returnable nor exchangeable**.

·        A package opening video is required for any disputes.

·        Color variations of **10–12%** due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution will not be considered for return/exchange.

·        Return/Exchange is applicable only for **domestic orders**.

·        Refunds/exchanges are processed after the product passes **quality check**.

6. Order Cancellations

·        Orders can be canceled within **24 hours** of placement.

·        To cancel, contact us via phone or email.

·        The decision by Fuzion Couture (www.fuzioncouture.com) will be final in all cancellation matters.

7. Credit Notes

·        Credit notes will be sent via **Email** or **WhatsApp**.

·        Must be used within **90 days** and in a **single transaction**.

·        All our products are handcrafted, so slight variations in color, finish, or texture are part of their beauty.

·        All disputes are subject to **Mumbai jurisdiction**.
